1. Do you guarantee specific results from tutoring or coaching?
No. While we strive for high-quality instruction and support, individual academic or professional outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, such as effort, consistency, and environment.
2. Is your tutoring or coaching a substitute for therapy or legal advice?
No. Our services are educational only. We do not provide legal, medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice. For those needs, please consult a licensed professional.
3. Can I use your lesson plans or resources for my own business?
Not without permission. All materials we create are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or resell them unless explicitly granted permission in writing.
4. Are your services compliant with school or district policies?
Yes, when applicable. If our services are provided under contract with a public school, we comply with school-specific policies and New York State Education Law §2-d for student data privacy.
5. What happens if I miss a tutoring or coaching session?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered. Emergencies are reviewed case-by-case.
6. How do you handle my personal information?
We only collect the information necessary to provide our services and never sell or share your data without permission. We comply with COPPA and NYS Education Law §2-d where applicable. Read our full Privacy Policy
7. Can I get a refund for unused sessions or services?
Refunds and credits are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Generally, unused credits expire after 90 days, and payments for completed services are non-refundable. Contact us directly to discuss specific situations.
8. Do you record sessions?
Sessions are not recorded unless both parties give written consent in advance. We respect your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
9. Is your website accessible to people with disabilities?
